Critical to the city’s revised comprehensive plan is the future land use component, which guides where uses and densities are located through zoning and other regulations. Learn how three different scenarios in areas predicted for growth may affect the city in various ways, including the cost of services. WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU about these different concepts for the future! And if you have ideas for where small-scale commercial or mixed-use areas could go for neighbors to gather and be close to daily needs, show us on the interactive map!

Thank you to everyone who visited us at the Post Falls Festival, took the time to complete our community survey online, or attended an April future land use presentation or workshop!
At the Post Falls Festival, the “Penny Poll” had 378 participants, and 197 filled out the mini-poll. The online survey had 212 participants. Congratulations to our raffle winner, who won a gift certificate to a local restaurant! Enjoy!
